Meeting decisions:
- The Board recommended the administrator to reserve domains that may cause security breaches related implementation of WPAD protocol
- The Board recommended the administrator to implement domain transfers in full accordance to EPP standard.
- Removing of subscription fee upper cap for the domains registered before April 16, 2018. The Board postponed discussion of this topic until the administrator and ISOC – Georgia make relevant changes to the memorandum of cooperation.
- GE domain registration statistics transparency. The Board postponed discussion of this topic to prepare a draft decision.
- Blocking of domain names based on inflammatory language, discrimination, etc. The Board postponed discussion of the topic.

Agenda:
- Availability of personal information in WhoIs of the registrant who is a physical person (discussed at January 15, 2019 meeting)
- Revocation of the domains names registration (Black lists) (Discussed at January 15, 2019 meeting)
- Reservation on president.ge and other similar domains ( topic introduced by Georgina National Communication Commission)
- Implementation of EPP protocol in GE domain ( introduced by Konsantine Karosanidze, Cloud9)
Resolutions:
GE advisory board came up with the following recommendations:
- No to support reservation of the “president.ge” domain name and the similar domain name and subsequently didn’t recommend that motion to Caucasus Online
- Based on consensus the advisory board recommended creation fo the procedure when the registrants are allowed to make transparent their personal information in WhoIs search results. The registrars should offer registration procedure when the registrants can unequivocally express their consent to make transparent their name, surname and e-mail address used in domain name registration
